153 Lena Loop, Burns, TN 37029

Property Description

A 1.68-acre homesite is available on Lena Loop in Burns, a small Dickson County town with the motto "A Hometown Community" and some of Middle Tennessee's best recreation right in its backyard. Burns is home to Montgomery Bell State Park, a nearly 3,800-acre park with three lakes, two 18-hole golf courses, 19 miles of hiking trails, 20 miles of mountain biking trails, a renovated resort lodge, and cabin and campsite rentals — all just minutes from this lot. The groundwork for building is already underway: a culvert is already in place and a gravel driveway has been started, giving buyers a head start on access before construction even begins. Utilities are already available at the road, and the lot is approved for a 2-bedroom septic system, removing two of the biggest unknowns that typically slow down a new build. The lot sits in the established Evergreen Estates area, a neighborhood of similar homesites along Lena Loop, offering a quiet, residential setting without the density of a typical subdivision. Burns is about 36 miles from downtown Nashville, close enough for an easy commute or weekend trips into the city, while still delivering small-town quiet and access to Dickson County schools, including Stuart Burns Elementary. For buyers who want room to build, a head start on site work, and a genuinely welcoming hometown community with a state park's worth of recreation nearby, this lot is hard to beat. 1.68 acres with the driveway, culvert and soil test completed already started doesn't come up often in Burns.
